This week our Virtual Book Display is featuring Quilts, Quilters, and Quilting. A beautiful (and warm) quilt may be just the thing for the cool nights quickly approaching.
On Monday, October 30, 2006, join the Book Discussion group at the Citrus Springs Library. This month we’re be discussing the The Fisherman’s Quilt by Margaret Doyle. “Both adventure and romance, this is the story of a young woman’s move to Alaska with her fisherman husband, new baby, and first, fancy quilt”.
Be sure to also join us at the Library for the Quilters’ Circle program on Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at 1pm. This month the quilters will be displaying their quilts throughout the Citrus Springs Library. They will also be demonstrating quilting techiques in the Community Room. Light refreshments will be served.
